Mrs. Dorothy Zalo, H.o.D – Cultural and Foreign Languages.The cultural and foreign languages department is made up of four subjects. Below are the subjects taught in the department: German, Music, French and Business Studies.

This is a department whose subjects are electives. We are full of diversity from foreign languages to Business Studies and Music which together touch on our daily lives and needs. It’s an area that develops a learner’s creativity in Music, communication skills in German and French and entrepreneurial skills in Business Studies.

We ultimately deal with developing self-reliance and opening our ambitions beyond Kenyan boundaries.

The department boasts a team of thirteen teachers who are not only dedicated but also experienced in their areas of specialization. The nature of these subjects creates an atmosphere where the students closely relate with their teachers thus making it easy to mentor them beyond the subject area. The subjects in this department being electives make it easy for the students to excel as they have chosen their passion.
